The time is approaching for changes to take effect for non-resident boaters who come to Utah. DWR Conservation Outreach Manager Tonya Kieffer-Selby shares that changes will take effect July 1st including a $20 annual fee for any boat that is not registered in Utah and is brought over state lines to launch. Non-resident boaters will also have to take a quick certification course that will reiterate the importance of keeping invasive species out of the state of Utah.
