Some might think it is too early to talk about Christmas but when it is about making sure people have a magical holiday it is never too early. There are three things that the Chamber of Commerce Serving Duchesne would like the public to put on the calendar. First, the Enchanted Forest will be taking place on Friday, November 17th from noon to 8pm and Saturday, November 18th from 10am to 2pm at the Crossroads Senior Center. Applications for the Sub 4 Santa in Duchesne can be picked up at the Chamber of Commerce serving Duchesne County, Roosevelt Vision Clinic, and the Duchesne County Library: Roosevelt Branch. Applications need to be completed and turned in to the Chamber Office only by December 5th at 3pm. Finally, Santa’s Workshop and Blanket Drive will be collecting items that will help the Sub for Santa program. They are looking for new toys, games and crafts for ages 0 to 14 years old and new blankets (any size and kind) that can be store bought or homemade. Donations can be dropped off at the Chamber office in Roosevelt or the Roosevelt Vision Clinic.
