A tribute plaque will be unveiled today at the Roosevelt Driver License Division honoring a Roosevelt woman who said “yes” to organ donation. “Alexis Earl saved four lives when she died because she said ‘yes’ to organ donation,” shares the announcement from Utah based nonprofit DonorConnect. “Driver License Divisions are where the majority of people register to be a donor. DonorConnect is in the process of displaying tribute plaques in every DLD across the state of Utah to show the incredible impact and stories of organ, tissue and eye donation.” The public is invited to today’s unveiling happening at noon at 30 West 425 South in Roosevelt. The story of Alexis Earl as a donor and loved one will be shared by her family after which they will see the plaque on display for the first time.
