DinoSOAR Customer Service Recipient Goes Above and Beyond for Tourists

This month’s DinoSOAR Customer Service recipient is the perfect example of one who goes above and beyond in customer service. Debbie Harrison works at the Utah Field House/Dinosaur Museum in Vernal where she interacts with many locals and tourists alike. One day, a family from New Jersey stopped in and asked where they could find a petting zoo in town to see farm animals. Rather than turn them away disappointed, Debbie invited the family to return to the field house when she got off work and she would take them to see some. The family met her there and Debbie took them to her very own farm where they had a hands on farm experience feeding and petting all kinds of farm animals. Debbie loves the area and stays involved on many local committees, supporting community events such as the rodeo, Holly Days, and Trees for Charity. Congratulations Debbie Harrison on your much deserved award and thank you for setting such a selfless example for our community!
