Daggett County Offices Now Conducting Business by Appointment Only

by | Mar 30, 2020 | News | 0 comments

In an effort to be proactive for the employees and citizens of Daggett County, the county offices will change their procedure to conduct business by appointment only. Confirmed cases of coronavirus are throughout Utah, Colorado and now in the neighboring Sweetwater County, Wyoming. While there are not any confirmed cases in Daggett County, the new procedure is a necessary precaution for public safety. Daggett County Commission Chairman Randy Asay states, “Our goal as a county is to continue to provide essential services online and over the phone. This is one step we can take to reduce the risk of exposure for our employees and our residents.” Effective as of Thursday, March 26th, 2020 the county offices that reside in the Daggett County Administration Building and Courthouse as well as the state Division of Motor Vehicles will be by appointment only.
