Uintah Special Service District 1 has an important announcement about the All-Wheel Park currently Under Construction on the property south of the rec center in Vernal. Excitement is growing for the project with the latest announcement that cement crews for the skate park are scheduled to arrive in early May and the Grand Opening of the park is anticipated for October 2025. So what is the important announcement this week? Simply put, that area is a Construction Zone and that means NO ENTRY! “We know the pump track and bicycle playground look so fun but please stay off for now,” shares the USSD1 announcement. “Riding on it early can cause serious damage and delay the whole project.” Another request is also simple: If you See Something, Say Something. “If you witness anyone trespassing or messing around during construction, please report it to Central Dispatch or contact the Rec Center.”
