Funeral services for Carol Felter, age 89, formerly of Vernal, will be held on Wednesday July 15, 2026, at 11 am at the Hullinger Mortuary in Roosevelt. There will be a viewing that morning at the mortuary from 10-10:45 am. prior to the services at the mortuary.
Burial will be in the Lapoint Cemetery. Services under the direction of the Hullinger Mortuary.
