The low bid was awarded on the Ashley Valley Flood Control project during
Monday’s
Uintah County Commission meeting. Jones Demille/Sunrise Engineering received the bid at $49,800. The project is a revisit of the original Ashley Valley Flood Plan and will identify specific areas that are at risk of flooding. The County has been exploring ways to mitigate flood risks in the Ashley Valley in recent years and received funding for the project through the Community Impact Board earlier this year.
