Local Farmers Markets have officially kicked off. The Ashley Valley Farmers Market is on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm at the park in front of the Uintah County Library. Please note, Ashley Valley Farmers Market does welcome SNAP EBT customers. This is the 19th year for the Ashley Valley Farmers Market and more vendors are welcome. For those interested in participating, booths are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. Visit the Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce to learn more. The Roosevelt Farmers Market is on Thursdays at the Roosevelt Central Park from 3:30 to 7:30pm. The Roosevelt Farmers Market was established in 2011 and is a valued offering in the community.
