Public Notice has been given that the Duchesne County Commission is holding a Public Hearing to consider several appeals related to the proposed Nine Mile Data Center. Moreen Henderson and Diana Meacham Davies are listed as having appealed the Duchesne County Planning Commission decision made on April 2nd to approve the Nine Mile Data LLC request for a conditional use permit to build and operate a data center development for commercial use in the South Myton Bench area. Diana Meacham Davies is also listed as having appealed the Planning Commission’s approval for conditional use permits to Wells Draw Energy LLC and reWater LLC, also related to the proposed data center project. The Public Hearing to consider each appeal is scheduled for April 27th at noon at the Duchesne County Centennial Event Center.
