Funeral services for Andrew Olsen, age 16 of Vernal, the son of Mike and Amy Olsen, will be held Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 11:00am at the Ashley 1st Ward LDS Chapel, (3040 North Vernal Ave).
Visitation and viewing for family and friends will be held Wednesday from 6:00pm ~ 8:00pm at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home and Thursday from 9:45am ~ 10:45 am at the church.
Interment in the Rockpoint Cemetery under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
