Vernal City is spreading the word that water will be shut off today for the following areas: 300 West from 250 North to 400 North, 500 West from 200 North to 400 North, 350 North from 300 West to 356 West, and 400 North from 300 West to 500 West. The anticipated outage is on October 30th from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Door hangers and notices have been distributed. “We recognize the frustration and inconvenience that this disruption causes,” shares the announcement. “The City is working with the construction crews to minimize the impact to all affected.” This shutoff is due to a continued waterline replacement project.
