The Bureau of Land Management Vernal Field Office has issued an Environmental Assessment prepared for the Fuji Well Pad. The Official signed a decision record under which the BLM will approve twelve Applications for Permit to Drill authorizing Middle Fork Energy Uinta LLC to drill gas wells. The EA also analyzed construction of the well pad with associated access roads and pipelines and drilling up to twenty additional wells for a total of thirty-two.
