Child Abuse Charge for Jerry Neal Flatlip

One of the four men charged in the rape of a 9-year-old Uintah County girl last spring has also been charged with 3rd Degree Felony Child Abuse. 30-year-old Jerry Neal Flatlip received the additional charge last month in connection with conditions discovered in his home during last spring’s rape investigation.
