Two occupants of a vehicle traveling on Highway 40 in the Naples area were arrested last week after being pulled over on a traffic violation. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, the driver identified herself as Taunilee Accuttoroop and the passenger as Tracy Hamilton. A K9 officer arrived on scene and K9 Murph gave a positive alert for narcotics in the vehicle. Hamilton was asked to step out of the vehicle and emptied her pockets, revealing two clear baggies of Methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia. She was placed under arrest. It was confirmed that the driver, Taunilee Accuttoroop, had a statewide warrant and a suspended driver’s license. She also had Methamphetamine on her and she was also placed under arrest. Both are facing Felony charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, as well as additional misdemeanor charges.
