A passenger in a vehicle pulled over after a registration check showed the vehicle had no insurance was arrested on 3 no-bail warrants last week in Uintah County. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, officers observed a drug tooter inside the vehicle and a K-9 was brought and gave a positive indication for illegal drugs. A rear passenger in the vehicle identified herself as Nicole Curletto but it was found that she was actually Brittanny Curletto who had 3 statewide no-bail warrants for her arrest. A search of the vehicle found a loaded syringe believed to contain methamphetamine in the bag on the back seat. Brittany admitted to using heroin within the last hour and meth a few days ago. 38-year-old Brittanny Adair Curletto was arrested and is additionally charged with 3rd Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Providing False Information to a Peace Officer. The driver was released on citation.
