For those traveling to and from the Wasatch Front, delays can continue to be expected through the Strawberry Valley construction zone. On Thursday, UDOT provided an update, stating that construction of the wildlife crossing underpass is underway. This is a major feature of the project as it aims to improve safety and reduce the collisions taking place on Highway 40 involving wildlife. All are urged to allow for extra travel time and stay alert while driving through the construction areas. As early as next week, construction will shift towards the east end of the project between Mile Post 41 and 52.
