Warrant Arrest In Uintah County

The passenger in a traffic stop was brought into custody on active warrants in Uintah County last week. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, a traffic stop was conducted on a Nissan on Main Street in Ballard. The vehicle had a revoked registration and the driver did not possess a valid driver’s license. The driver was arrested and the vehicle was impounded. The passenger, 24-year-old Kamry Rose Post, was brought into custody on 6 active arrest warrants. During a search of the vehicle, a purse was located that contained Post’s ID and debit cards that also contained a clear container with Methamphetamine as well as drug paraphernalia. Post was booked into Uintah County Jail and now has additional charges of 3rd Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
