A popular program that started over the summer is holding another session at the Uintah County Library. ‘Voices of the West: Stories Produced By Utah Youth’ is having a fall apprenticeship opportunity for local teens. The program is seeking students between the ages of 13 to 19 in the Vernal area that can enroll in the 1-week project-based program. It will run October 4th through the 8th after school.
