A Vernal woman has received national recognition as Business Advisor Of The Year. Leisa Hardman Wallace is a Business Advisor and Instructor with the Women’s Business Center of Utah and was selected by the Association of Women’s Business Centers as the 2025 Business Advisor of the Year. She was recognized and awarded in Washington, D.C. at AWBC’s annual leadership conference.
