A Uintah County man being held in Uintah County Jail on 1st Degree Felony charges of rape that allegedly took place in April is now facing another felony charge related to an assault on a different individual. According to the Probable Cause Statement, 19-year-old Kelby Lane is charged with 2nd Degree Felony Forcible Sexual Abuse for an assault allegedly committed in August of 2024 during which he forcefully touched the private areas of an individual over as well as under their clothing. Lane is being held on no bail.
