A favorite local event is back and restored to its usual flare. As always, this year’s Holly Days Festival will be held the day after Thanksgiving in Vernal. “For 18 years, the Vernal Holly Days Festival has been a way for families to kick off the holiday season together!” shares Vernal City. “Last year things looked a little different than in the past, but this year we are back with all your favorites…” For the 2020 event, an activity checklist was provided to complete activities as a family and then the papers were turned in to be included in a large drawing.
