Vernal City Manager Quinn Bennion has good news: The downtown Vernal revitalization plan is advancing. “The planning process has brought excitement into the downtown, events and support for our businesses,” shares Bennion. “The concept designs were based on the principles heard from the community.” Those principles are having places for Business, places for People, ways to be Active and offerings that are Unique & Memorable. “The feedback and comments from the community, residents and businesses has been amazing and the variety and multitude of ideas will create a better plan,” says Bennion.
