by | Jul 30, 2025 | News | 0 comments

While the John Wesley Powell River Fest isn’t happening this summer, a popular aspect of the event will still happen this week. The Paddle Pond will still be created next to the Scout office by the Uintah County Library. The pond will be filled and ready for paddlers of all ages on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Volunteers are still needed to help make this fun event happen for the community. Sign up today by calling 435-789-2255 or visit www.justserve.org. This is a free opportunity to paddle board, kayak, and enjoy water fun in a safe setting with kids young and old.
