While the John Wesley Powell River Fest isn’t happening this summer, a popular aspect of the event will still happen this week. The Paddle Pond will still be created next to the Scout office by the Uintah County Library. The pond will be filled and ready for paddlers of all ages on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
