Pictures shared online of a structure fire in Duchesne County last week help show the intensity of what fire crews respond to. The Duchesne Volunteer Fire Department shared the images from Paul Spencer and Rick Hopkins on Sunday showing a blaze that took place last Tuesday. The Duchesne Fire Department responded to a call on Utah Highway 35 in Duchesne County of a vacant structure on fire, fully involved and collapsing upon arrival. The fire was thankfully contained to the structure. Crews were able to extinguish the fire and no other property was involved. Altamont Fire and the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the incident.
