It has been a successful launch of the new Central Cove Early Learning Center this fall and Uintah School District is taking the steps needed for the eventual demolition of the old building. With that in mind, the Uintah School District will hold a silent auction on Friday, September 19th, to dispose of surplus items located at the old Central Cove Preschool building at 250 South Vernal Ave. Bidders must be 18 or older and will be able to attach a bid sheet to the items they wish to purchase. Items must be paid for that day with cash or checks accompanied with proof of identification. Buyers are solely responsible for removing items and must have the proper means to do so. Items must be removed by 4 p.m. on September 19th or they will be considered forfeited. Exceptions will be made for the playground or similar items that require special equipment for removal. All items will be sold as-is and all sales are final. The silent auction on September 19th will run from 11am to 2pm.
