A local educator is receiving some much deserved recognition. The Utah Educational Library Media Association has named Union High’s Bill Goodrich as the Teacher-Librarian of the Year. Duchesne County School District shared that they are honored to have Mr. Goodrich serving in their district and Evans Family Media joins in on saying Congratulations and thank you for serving our local youth so well!
