The Uintah School Board met this week and each school’s individual Friday plans will be posted to their respective websites by the end of the day today, August 13th. “The move away from a traditional 5-day, in-person school week is intended to provide the USD community (families and students) with more flexibility on Fridays while offering students in-person and virtual learning options, enrichment opportunities, and a system of support services tailored to their unique educational needs,” shares the District. “Expectations for student learning will increase as schools use data to inform instruction and provide opportunities for students to learn in meaningful ways.” Questions about the Friday plan can be directed to your child’s school after the school’s plan is posted.
