The Uintah School District honored the 2022 Sterling Scholars on Monday night during a program held at the Vernal Middle School. There are 13 Uintah High Sterling Scholars this year that have achieved excellence and are preparing for competition. This year’s scholars are are Scotlyn Williams in Agricultural Science; Sydney Migliori in Business and Marketing; Thomas Driggs in Computer Technology; Ashlyn Meier in Dance; Marcy Reynolds in English; Brinley Jones in Family and Consumer Sciences; Kelsey Alexander in General Scholarship; Laura Anderson in Instrumental Music; Randon Davis in Mathematics; Caleb McKee in Science; Johnathan Porter in Social Science; Lyndee Johnson in Visual Arts; and Jeffery Langley in World Languages. Uintah School District has invited all to show their support for these outstanding students who will represent Uintah High at the Northeast Region Sterling Scholar Competition on March 21st at Wasatch High School. The regional awards ceremony will be held virtually on March 28th.
