The heat continued for Uintah High springs sports athletes. Lynlie Hall recorded 124 strikeouts during her freshman season for Uintah Softball which sets a single-season team record. The previous record was 46 strikeouts held by Maurlee Luck. With the boys soccer team, Paul Sturko achieved 23 career assists, the most held by any Uintah boys soccer player. This surpassed the previous record held by Kael Calder with 9 assists. This season he also set the single season record for assists with 13 this season. Also with Uintah soccer, Jair Perry tied Derek Bunderson for most career goals with both having scored 47 goals while playing for the Utes.
