Uintah High FBLA Earns ‘Outstanding Chapter’ Award for Region

Uintah High School’s chapter of FBLA is garnering attention in the region. The Future Business Leaders of America placed first overall at regional competition last week and were named the region’s ‘Outstanding Chapter’. The competition was held at USU Eastern in Price with 27 Uintah High School students competing. 32 awards went to the Uintah team with some of the team members receiving multiple awards. First place finishers include Jared Mouton in Computer Problem Solving, Cyber Security, and Networking Concepts;  Kedric Palmer in Advertising, Joshua Shipton in Economics, Madison Bulloch in Health Care Administration, Scott Ray in Intro to Business Communication, Alayna Murray in Intro to FBLA, Ali Morton in Journalism, and Dallin Dawson in Securities & Investments. The Entrepreneurship, Hospitality Management, and Sports & Entertainment Management teams also all took first place. Congratulations to the entire FBLA team for representing the Basin so well!
