A Uintah High School English teacher was honored on Friday night in Sandy as one of 10 Utah Education Association Excellence in Education Award winners. Amanda Muffler is the 10th grade English team lead at Uintah High School who has “implemented an innovative intervention system that resulted in accelerated student growth” and which has been implemented by other Uintah High departments. Congratulations to Amanda Muffler on the well deserved recognition.
