The Basin Bowl drew fans from across the Uintah Basin on Friday as The Uintah Utes football team faced off with the Union Cougars. “Uintah High Football headed home with the trophy after beating the Union Cougars 15-14 in a game that saw the Utes’ defense come up big on play after play, especially in the 4th quarter,” shared Uintah High Athletics. “It’s Uintah’s second consecutive Basin Bowl title, their first win of the 2025 season, and the perfect way to roll into Homecoming Week!” Well done to all the athletes from Uintah and Union.
