Uintah County Sheriff’s Office is reminding the public of a missing person report from August, stating that the person is still missing. “52 year-old Marty Justice was last seen on July 8th, 2022,” shares the Sheriff’s Office. “At the time of Marty’s disappearance, he was on probation with Adult Parole and Probation and had an ankle monitor. Law enforcement was able to track Marty’s ankle monitor to a road in Deep Creek where it stopped transmitting. The area where the transmissions stopped has been searched by both law enforcement and search and rescue, however no sign of Marty was found.” According to the Sheriff’s Office, Marty has not had contact with any family members since the time of his disappearance, which is uncharacteristic of him. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Uintah County Sheriff’s Office at 435-789-2511 or the tip line at 435-781-670
