The Uintah County Library will be having their documentary film night this week. It is a chance to watch a film that sheds light on a whole new experience that we might not have ever known about. This time the documentary is called ‘Maiden’. It is the story of an all-female crew who took on the most dangerous sailing competition on Earth, braving 50-foot waves, icebergs and other dangers of the sea. This took place in 1989 at a time when they were told “No” because they were women. It will be on Wednesday, March 23rd at 7pm at the Uintah County Library.
