UDOT Resurfacing S.R.44 in Daggett County

by | Jun 17, 2021 | News | 0 comments

For those travelling on S.R. 44 in Daggett County between Greendale Junction and milepost 14, please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation will be resurfacing the roadway. The project will remove the existing asphalt and replace it with a structural pavement. The hope is the new surface will prolong the life of the roadway. Included in this project is new signage and guardrails. Construction is scheduled Mondays through Thursdays from 6am to 5pm and then on Fridays 7am to 4pm. There will be alternating one-way traffic with flaggers and pilot car operations and motorists can expect delays up to 15 minutes. The project is anticipated to be completed toward the end of September 2021.
