The Utah Department of Transportation is seeking feedback from the public concerning the ongoing Starvation Reservoir bridge construction. “As the Utah Department of Transportation actively works to repair and preserve the Starvation Reservoir Bridge on U.S. 40 in Duchesne County, communication with the public remains a top priority,” shares UDOT. “We want to know about your traveling experience through the construction area.
