Crews continue their work on Highway 40 in the Strawberry Valley. According to the latest UDOT update, crews have been working to level and prepare the roadway on the widened area between Mile Post 35 and 37. Traffic is shifted to the north side of the roadway with pilot car operations. As early as Wednesday, May 27th, crews will begin paving operations between Mile Post 40 to 46 moving west. Traffic will shift to the south side of the roadway with pilot car operations. Expect lane restrictions and reduced speeds to 55mph. Please plan ahead and allow for extra travel time. Use alternate routes when possible and drive safely while paying attention to construction activities, signs, and construction workers near driving lanes.
