5th grade Terra Academy student Taya McCurdy was nominated by Mrs. Irish. Taya always comes to school with a positive attitude and ready to tackle the day. She is mindful of others and when she sees a need she fills it. She doesn’t shy away from hard things. Taya is one that will continually keep putting forth her best effort until she is successful at the task. She is a great example to myself and her classmates.
