Duchesne County School District has announced an extension on the District-Wide Video Competition. The competition deadline was November 22nd but it was announced on Monday that an issue had occurred with the upload folder as it had become full and stopped accepting submissions. To ensure fairness, the District has extended the submission deadline to November 30th at midnight. All District students in 7th to 12th grade were invited to create a short video that promotes the prevention of vape, alcohol, and tobacco use while encouraging healthy, fun behaviors. Individuals and teams with up to 4 members can enter and the video needs to be 30 to 60 seconds long. The video also needs to include the competition slogan, “Breath Free, Live Fully!” There are cash prizes for the top 3 winners.
