USU announced on Wednesday that Strata Networks has made a significant pledge towards the USU Uintah Basin General Technology Program. “The total contribution will be granted over a three-year period with $45,000 going toward student scholarships, awarding five scholarships annually, each valued at $3,000, with preference given to those studying technology or business-related fields,” shares the announcement. “The remaining $25,000 will support the faculty in business and IT programs, in partnership with the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. These funds will help create engaging, hands-on learning opportunities that strengthen students’ skillsets and better prepare them for the workforce.” Strata Networks CEO Bruce Todd says that as a company rooted in technology, Strata Networks understands the value of investing in students who will drive future innovation.
