Strange Incident Leads to DUI Arrest

A strange incident in Neola resulted in the arrest of a man for DUI over the weekend. According to witness Fred Burroughs, a man was parked at his property on 9000 North 2970 West near the old Neola Cemetery with his car doors open and loud arabic music playing. When asked if he needed help the man responded with anti American and threatening statements and began piling things from his car outside onto the ground before driving off. Duchesne County Sheriff’s Cpl. Jared Harrison responded  and eventually arrested the man. “He was praying and was high,” says Cpl. Harrison. “I found him later crashed and arrested him for DUI.”
