The Trees For Charity Auction Gala on Monday was a night to remember with a record breaking total of $310,300 dollars in donations. Many of the winning bidders put their trees back on the auction lot for resell, making for amazing cumulative results. ‘The Giving Tree’, Tree #17, was the top earner of the night at $20,500 dollars to benefit Duane Pannell in his battle with stage 4 cancer. The ‘Triple Positive’ tree, Tree #32, earned $16,500 dollars to help offset medical costs for Ali Dudley as she battles triple negative breast cancer. There were 40 trees auctioned total and then a special rifle auctioned to benefit the Madison Family who lost their home in a house fire over the weekend. It was truly an amazing show of generosity and community support. Tree topper donations are still being accepted so anyone that would like to donate to a charity, the entire amount goes to that tree recipient.
