Fall weather has moved in and another fire restriction has been rescinded. The State of Utah announced the following this week: Moderated fire danger indices and improved weather conditions have resulted in reduced wildfire hazard for Utah. As a result, Stage 1 fire restrictions are hereby rescinded in all unincorporated private and all state lands throughout Utah. This does not affect private lands within incorporated towns or city limits. The effective date is September 16th. Stage 2 Fire Restrictions in Utah had been reverted to Stage 1 Restrictions in Utah on August 28th.
