The Starvation Bridge rehabilitation project has reached substantial completion. The Utah Department of Transportation announced that they anticipate that all traffic control devices and temporary traffic signals will be removed from the roadway by the end of the week. While there will be some finish work and clean up over the next few weeks, all travel lanes will be open and available to use by the end of this week. The Starvation Bridge rehabilitation project started in March of this year and updated the concrete bridge deck and walls and applied polymer overlay to preserve the road. UDOT lists the project value at $2.7 million dollars.
