A stabbing victim sustained serious injuries on Tuesday during the early morning hours at an apartment complex in Vernal. According to Vernal City Police, officers were dispatched to the report of a stabbing at approximately 1:30am at the Rose Park Apartments. “Upon arrival, Officers located an adult male near the door of the apartment bleeding from his abdominal area,” shares the report. “Medical Personnel responded to the scene and the victim was transported to the Ashley Regional Medical Center Emergency Room for treatment.” The suspect was quickly located by police and 21-year-old Roosevelt resident Teanicha LeAnn Molay was arrested and booked into the Uintah County Jail for Aggravated Assault. The victim is being treated for serious injuries from the stabbing.
