A motorcycle pulled over for speeding resulted in arrest for the driver in Duchesne County on Monday. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, the officer observed that the driver had a large knife on his back, a firearm in his vest, and there was no license plate on the motorcycle. The man told the officer that he did not have to have a plate or a license. The officer noted that the man’s behavior was erratic and it appeared he was unable to control the movements of his body, consistent with stimulant use. After refusing to obey commands and resisting arrest, the man eventually complied. Meth was found on his person and two containers were located on the motorcycle with large amounts of Meth inside. 43-year-old Todd Wetzel Flygare was arrested and is charged with DUI, Prohibited Dangerous Weapon Conduct, Possession with Intent to Distribute, Drug Paraphernalia, Driving on a Denied License, and Speeding.
