A Sex Offender on the South Carolina registry is facing new charges in Uintah County. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, officers received a Child Abuse and Neglect Report regarding sexual abuse of a minor and the distribution of harmful material to a child. 43-year-old Hadgi Donsha Robinson was arrested on July 17th in Uintah County. Robinson lives in Uintah County with his girlfriend whose children live in the home. He is charged in 8th District Court with 4 counts of 1st Degree Felony Rape, 2 counts of 1st Degree Felony Forcible Sodomy, 1 count of 1st Degree Felony Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, and 1 count of 3rd Degree Felony Distributing Material Harmful to a Minor. Robinson was initially listed as being held without bail. On Monday, a Jail Release Agreement and No Contact Order Form were both filed.
