Thankfully there were only minor injuries in a Duchesne County crash on Friday morning in which a semi trailer detached and drifted into oncoming traffic. The crash took place about 20 miles south of Duchesne on Highway 191 at about 5:30am on February 6th. Utah Highway Patrol reported that the rear trailer of a double tanker semi truck traveled into the other lane and was hit head-on by a pickup truck. The trailer began leaking oil causing the Highway to be closed in both directions during the environmental cleanup process.
