A Saratoga Springs man has been charged with two counts of felony Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and two counts of Dealing in Materials Harmful to a Minor in Uintah County’s 8th District Court. According to the probable cause statement, 23-year-old Zachary Scott McBride knowingly interacted with a minor in Uintah County, requesting nude photos and sending videos and images of sex acts that included himself during a period of time in 2023. The charges were filed this week and McBride’s initial appearance in 8th District Court is scheduled for April 1st.
